The setting:
Primary Location: Jasper, VA

The plot begins with two youngsters traveling to Jasper, Virginia. They are going to live with a maternal aunt…Aunt Martha.
After some time, they arrive at their aunt’s home…but no one is home. The house is empty. The curtains have been removed. The back door is missing. No furniture.
Timothy is concerned, worried, and puzzled but does not express his emotions to Lisa, his younger sister.
A flood of questions begins to plague Timothy…none of which he can answer.
Returning home is not an option!
What will he do?
Where will they go?
…and the adventure begins!
